Responsibilities

• Perform IT equipment moves, build and deploy IT hardware, and close incident tickets
• Perform scripting tasks to identify process efficiencies
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including password resets
• Create software testing plans and support business partners in testing application changes
• Provide on-site technical support for events and meetings
• Gather and document requirements for the software delivery team
• Pull reports in preparation for access reviews

Requirements

• Work in process towards a post-secondary degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with standard business/office software applications
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
