About This Role

The UGE Laborer/Groundman prepares and cleans construction sites, handles building materials, operates equipment, and supports craft workers in construction projects, specifically for power delivery systems.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare the construction site for work, removing debris and possible hazards
Assist tradesmen in completing their skilled tasks more effectively
Identify utilities and watch dig crew dig to prevent utility hits
Clean up and maintain equipment
Restock trucks with supplies ensuring crews have the proper tools and supplies to complete the job

Requirements

High school diploma, or equivalent
Valid driver's license

Qualifications

High school diploma, or equivalent

Nice to Have

1 year of experience
CDL Class A driver's license
