The Trust Coordinator provides direct administrative support to assigned Trust Advisors and a small subset of Wealth Management Clients, assisting with account administration, transaction handling, and client inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Administer assigned accounts in accordance with document terms and assist Trustees with administrative decisions.
- Assist Trust Advisors, Trustees, Lawyers, and Clients with routine and non-routine transactions including bill-paying, account maintenance, and scheduling.
- Respond to various internal and external client requests and inquiries.
- Screen and direct telephone calls and client inquiries to appropriate parties and coordinate email and voicemail messages.
- Create, draft, edit, and revise letters, memorandums, charts, family trees, and documents utilizing templates.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, responding to time-sensitive mail immediately.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external client meetings.
- Maintain electronic filing system to department standards.
- Assist with vacation and overflow coverage for the Trust Advisor and Trust Coordinator team.
- Assist with special projects, including grant administration and research projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years’ experience in a financial services setting
- Experience in managing projects and tasks with multiple stakeholders under inflexible deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work well with multiple supervisors
- Ability to organize work and set priorities to meet deadlines independently
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Strong Excel skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite products
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a financial services setting.
