About This Role

The Trust Coordinator provides direct administrative support to assigned Trust Advisors and a small subset of Wealth Management Clients, assisting with account administration, transaction handling, and client inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Administer assigned accounts in accordance with document terms and assist Trustees with administrative decisions.
  • Assist Trust Advisors, Trustees, Lawyers, and Clients with routine and non-routine transactions including bill-paying, account maintenance, and scheduling.
  • Respond to various internal and external client requests and inquiries.
  • Screen and direct telephone calls and client inquiries to appropriate parties and coordinate email and voicemail messages.
  • Create, draft, edit, and revise letters, memorandums, charts, family trees, and documents utilizing templates.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, responding to time-sensitive mail immediately.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external client meetings.
  • Maintain electronic filing system to department standards.
  • Assist with vacation and overflow coverage for the Trust Advisor and Trust Coordinator team.
  • Assist with special projects, including grant administration and research projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a financial services setting
  • Experience in managing projects and tasks with multiple stakeholders under inflexible deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with multiple supervisors
  • Ability to organize work and set priorities to meet deadlines independently
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite products
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a financial services setting.
