Treasury Management Support Specialist

About This Role

The Treasury Management Support Specialist serves as the primary support for Treasury Management Sales Officers at BancFirst, handling all treasury solutions. This role involves preparing forms, managing reports, verifying income, and assisting officers with customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treasury services forms for new and modified setups.
• Work implementation, closed, and training reports daily with follow-up to treasury officers.
• Work training Kase reports and keep the implementation pipeline updated.
• Verify new income on treasury officers' pipelines to ensure fees are correctly entered.
• Work closed AA reports monthly and follow up with treasury officers.
• Prepare certain invoices monthly.
• Monitor specific reports for various products.
• Assist treasury officers with customer requests like account verification letters and cashier's check requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years banking experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to work under stress and deadlines
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize
• Ability to acquire an understanding of Treasury products and services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years banking experience, with preferred experience in Commercial Client Services or Treasury Management.

Nice to Have
