This role is responsible for providing an excellent onboarding and service experience for clients using treasury management services. The specialist will focus on accuracy and efficiency, resolving treasury management and general business customer service issues directly.
Responsibilities
- Create proformas and proposals
- Prepare, deliver, and collect Treasury Management agreements
- Schedule 1:1s with assigned sales representatives
- Assist with credit exposure forms
- Support clients with training and testing
- Maintain communication with Treasury Management Officer and Banker regarding clients and processes
- Facilitate client demos
- Generate welcome emails to clients upon set up completion
- Assist clients with questions, requests, or issues regarding treasury products and services
- Review analysis statements and first client billing for accuracy
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with computer skills and Microsoft Suite
