Treasury Analyst

About This Role

The Treasury Analyst will manage the daily financial health and cash management for all Holiday entities, ensuring efficient financial management and stewardship of resources. This role contributes to the company's commitment to excellence and growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash position and forecast short-term cash requirements.
• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize cash management services.
• Identify and analyze financial risks related to interest rates and liquidity.
• Prepare and review treasury reports, including cash forecasts and liquidity analysis.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles
• Understanding of financial instruments, financial risk management, and banking systems
• Strong understanding of standard financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles, with exposure to cash management, banking relationships, financial analysis, and risk management.
