Traveling Project Supervisor

About This Role

Supervise daily operations at customer manufacturing plants and warehouses, manage Quality Inspector teams, and serve as the primary on-site customer contact. This role involves significant travel across various sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned teams and job sites operate according to company standards, customer requirements, and safety policies
• Develop and implement work instructions specific to each project
• Train Team Leaders and Inspectors on proper inspection and quality procedures
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage project setup, execution, and performance deliverables
• Provide consistent communication, coaching, and supervision to team members
• Complete all required training and comply with company policies

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience working in business-to-business customer environments
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer facilities, including on short notice
