This role involves assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. The Surgical Technologist will prepare the operating room, sterilize equipment, and provide support to the surgical team to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures
- Ensure the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room
- Sterilize equipment
- Provide support to the surgical team
Requirements
- Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
- BLS Certification
- 2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience as a certified OR tech / Surg Tech in a surgical environment
