About This Role

Baptist Works is looking for a contract travel Registered Nurse specializing in the Emergency Department for a 13-week assignment in Montgomery, Alabama. This role serves the Baptist Health system, providing critical care services within a regional healthcare network.

Responsibilities

  • Provide emergency department nursing care for patients
  • Work 36 hours per week on 12-hour evening shifts
  • Commit to a 13-week travel nursing assignment

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years ED experience as an RN
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Active, unencumbered Alabama or Compact State RN license
  • BLS certification
  • ACLS certification
  • PALS certification
  • TNCC certification
  • CPI/MOAB certification
  • NIHSS certification

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum 2 years of ED experience as an RN; minimum 6 months experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Cerner
