Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

About This Role

This role is for an experienced Physical Therapist to provide patient care for 13 weeks in Sunnyvale, CA, working with Kiwi Healthcare.

Requirements

• Active California license and/or Compact license
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent Therapy – Physical Therapist experience
• 2 current clinical references
• Current resume
• Physical exam (within 12 months)
• TB skin test (within 12 months)
• Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
• Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
• Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
• Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapist experience
