Join a travel Physical Therapist team to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and assist them in improving their physical condition in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ condition(s)
- Develop individual treatment plans
- Assist patients in getting better day by day
- Instruct patients how to properly use exercise techniques
- Provide stimulation or massage
- Maintain patients’ records
Requirements
- Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification
