About This Role

Join a travel Physical Therapist team to evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and assist them in improving their physical condition in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ condition(s)
Develop individual treatment plans
Assist patients in getting better day by day
Instruct patients how to properly use exercise techniques
Provide stimulation or massage
Maintain patients’ records

Requirements

Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice
Current BLS certification

Qualifications

Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school
