About This Role

Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on regaining health and mobility through assessment, treatment plan development, and patient education.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' mobility, strength and function
Develop treatment plans for patients
Maintain patient records
Provide patient education to develop strength, reduce pain and improve function

Requirements

At least 1 year of recent experience in an outpatient setting and specialty
Degree in relevant field
BLS Certification (AHA)
Current state/compact license
