About This Role

Help individuals regain daily living skills as a home health occupational therapist, working in diverse settings like homes, nursing homes, or memory care facilities. You will develop treatment plans, recommend equipment, and monitor patient progress to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Review patients' medical histories
Develop occupational therapy treatment plans
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans
Recommend equipment for daily activities
Provide equipment for daily activities
Monitor patient progress
Help patients who are ill, injured, or disabled regain quality of life

Requirements

At least 1 year of recent experience as an occupational therapist in a home health setting
Degree in relevant field
BLS Certification (AHA)
Current state license
