About This Role

Join AMN Healthcare Nursing as a Travel Nurse specializing in Telemetry in Munster, Indiana, providing care for patients with various medical needs in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Care for 5-6 patients per shift in the Telemetry unit
Monitor heart activity using heart monitors
Administer medications using Alaris pumps
Manage feeding pumps and SCDs
Perform procedures such as NG tube insertion, Foley catheters, and IVs
Provide wound care and head-to-toe skin assessments
Care for patients in isolation, wearing appropriate PPE

Requirements

2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Telemetry
Registered Nurse license (Compact Accepted)
BLS-AHA certification

Qualifications

2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Telemetry

Nice to Have

EPIC experience
