Join AMN Healthcare Nursing as a Travel Nurse specializing in Telemetry in Munster, Indiana, providing care for patients with various medical needs in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities
- Care for 5-6 patients per shift in the Telemetry unit
- Monitor heart activity using heart monitors
- Administer medications using Alaris pumps
- Manage feeding pumps and SCDs
- Perform procedures such as NG tube insertion, Foley catheters, and IVs
- Provide wound care and head-to-toe skin assessments
- Care for patients in isolation, wearing appropriate PPE
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Telemetry
- Registered Nurse license (Compact Accepted)
- BLS-AHA certification
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Telemetry
