About This Role

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This role involves assessing health conditions, developing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a team to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting during night shifts
Assess residents' health conditions, develop and implement care plans accordingly
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while documenting accurately in EMR systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care and safety
Maintain compliance with facility policies, protocols, and state regulations to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facilities
Ability to work night shifts
Excellent communication skills
Strong clinical skills
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facilities
