Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions
• Manage and document patient care per standards and acuity
• Advocate for evidence-based, patient-centered care

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in LDRP nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) license

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience required, 5 years preferred

Nice to Have

• 5 years of experience in LDRP nursing
