This role involves performing MRI imaging procedures according to hospital protocols at Massachusetts General Hospital, a part of the Mass General Brigham system. The technologist will be responsible for diagnostic imaging and adherence to health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures as per hospital protocols
- Complete Fit Test for N95 respirator annually
- Undergo various background checks including MGB Criminal Background Check and Massachusetts CORI
- Provide references and complete required skills checklist and candidate submission coversheet
Requirements
- ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- Valid Massachusetts state license for MRI Technologist or equivalent
- Documentation of required immunizations and health screenings
- Completion of Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days prior to start date
Nice to Have
- AHA BLS certification
- Hepatitis B immunization
- Tdap immunization
