This is an immediate opening for a Contract Medical Surgical Registered Nurse in Amarillo, TX. The role involves direct patient care on a day shift, working 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage dysrhythmias
• Perform remote telemetry monitoring
• Administer blood products
• Perform central line blood draws
• Manage PICC lines
• Start and maintain IVs
• Administer Heparin and Insulin

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Management of dysrhythmias
• Telemetry - remote monitoring
• Blood Product Administration
• Central line blood draw
• PICC line management
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Heparin administration
• Insulin administration
• TX License or Compact License
• Charting experience (e.g., Epic)

Qualifications

• 1 Year of experience as a Registered Nurse
