About This Role

Serve as a Travel ICU Registered Nurse in Albany, NY, working night shifts within the Critical Care Float Pool. This role involves rotating across various ICU units, utilizing Epic EMR, and adhering to strict contract terms.

Responsibilities

Work in the Critical Care Float Pool covering various ICU units
Perform night shift duties from 19:00 to 07:30
Manage patient assignments that vary based on ICU unit needs
Utilize Epic EMR system, requiring prior experience
Float among ICU and specialty critical care units as required by facility needs
Complete competency testing for ICU within two attempts to pass
Adhere to strict call-out policy (more than 3 in 13 weeks may lead to termination)

Requirements

Active NY RN license
Minimum 2 years of recent critical care experience
Certifications from AHA or RQI
EPIC EMR experience
Flu vaccination or medical exemption

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent critical care experience
