About This Role

Perform a variety of Computed Tomography procedures and duties for patients ranging from newborn to geriatric, operating imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images. This role adheres to federal, state, local, and hospital policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of Computed Tomography procedures and duties under the direction of a qualified physician, technical specialist, and CT Operations Manager
Perform all activities according to federal, state, local, and hospital policies and procedures
Operate imaging equipment to produce quality diagnostic images of specified body parts
Insert and remove IV's

Requirements

Graduated from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
Minimum of 1-year Radiology experience
Licensed by the State of Mass Radiation Control Board
ARRT Registered - RT (R) or RT (N)
CPR certified

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology
Minimum of 1-year Radiology experience

Nice to Have

Knowledge of the special needs and behaviors of adult and older adult patients
ARRT Registry in Computed Tomography (if no CT License at time of hire, Technologist has one year to obtain CT License)
