Serve as a Travel CT Technologist, performing CT scans and X-rays. This role involves weekend and weekday shifts with Sunday and Monday as days off, and requires specific certifications and adherence to various health and background requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans and X-rays
- Work Saturday, 7a-3:30p and Tuesday-Friday, 11a-7:30p shifts
- Adhere to MGB Nantucket Housing Agreement if staying in NCH housing
- Complete MGB FEMA ICS 100 Training
- Undergo N95 fit test annually
- Complete MGB Color Vision test annually
- Provide documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity
- Receive influenza vaccine during flu season
- Complete TB test screening periodically
- Provide a health statement signed by a medical professional
- Undergo MGB Criminal Background Check and Massachusetts CORI background check
- Provide a resume with 7 years of work experience
- Complete Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation
- Submit 2 recent MGB references, including at least one supervisor
- Complete MGB Skills Checklist
- Complete MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form for assignments and extensions
- Undergo MGB Education Verification
- Undergo MGB SSN Trace and National Sex Offender Check
- Undergo MGB Exclusion Checks
Requirements
- ARRT certification
- Massachusetts state licensure
- BLS certification
- MGB FEMA ICS 100 Training completion
- N95 fit test completed
- MGB Color Vision test completed
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity
- Influenza vaccine during flu season
- TB test screening completed
- Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA
- MGB Criminal Background Check
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience
