About This Role

Assist with catheterization of the heart and other electrophysiology procedures as a Cath Lab Technologist, working in an operating room or similar healthcare facility. This role involves preparing equipment, assisting surgeons, monitoring patient vitals, and maintaining sterile conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with catheterization of the heart and other electrophysiology procedures
  • Prepare equipment for procedures
  • Assist surgeons during procedures
  • Monitor patient vitals
  • Help maintain sterile conditions during procedures
  • Care for patients undergoing angioplasty, stent implantation, ablation, fluoroscopy or other procedures

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience as a cardiac cath lab technologist
  • ARRT Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience as a cardiac cath lab technologist
