Design and deliver impactful learning experiences to develop AAR's leaders, strengthening leadership capabilities and contributing to business growth. Support Learning & Development initiatives and mentor leaders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and facilitate engaging leadership development programs aligned with AAR’s values and business goals
- Support the execution and continuous improvement of AAR’s Learning & Development initiatives
- Coordinate program delivery and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training solutions meet evolving business and individual development needs
- Serve as a mentor and coach to both emerging and experienced leaders, helping them strengthen their leadership skills
- Gain strong understanding of AAR’s Components Services business unit and broader organizational structure
- Develop relationships with Workforce Development, Talent Management, and Learning and Development
- Build proficiency in AAR’s Learning & Development platform
- Develop a working knowledge of safety and quality regulations within the Components Services environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to develop and deliver leadership training tailored to a range of audiences
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams)
- Experience with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Nice to Have
- Certification or formal training in coaching methodologies
- Familiarity with executive coaching practices, leadership assessments, and talent development
- Background in aviation or manufacturing
