Trainer & Leadership Development Coach

About This Role

Design and deliver impactful learning experiences to develop AAR's leaders, strengthening leadership capabilities and contributing to business growth. Support Learning & Development initiatives and mentor leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate engaging leadership development programs aligned with AAR’s values and business goals
• Support the execution and continuous improvement of AAR’s Learning & Development initiatives
• Coordinate program delivery and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training solutions meet evolving business and individual development needs
• Serve as a mentor and coach to both emerging and experienced leaders, helping them strengthen their leadership skills
• Gain strong understanding of AAR’s Components Services business unit and broader organizational structure
• Develop relationships with Workforce Development, Talent Management, and Learning and Development
• Build proficiency in AAR’s Learning & Development platform
• Develop a working knowledge of safety and quality regulations within the Components Services environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to develop and deliver leadership training tailored to a range of audiences
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams)
• Experience with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

Nice to Have

• Certification or formal training in coaching methodologies
• Familiarity with executive coaching practices, leadership assessments, and talent development
• Background in aviation or manufacturing
