As a Trainee Windscreen Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing glass to the highest industry standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and offering additional products to customers. You will be based in one of the branches or out in a fully equipped van.
Responsibilities
- Help customers get back on the road by repairing and replacing glass to the highest industry standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Offer customers the opportunity to purchase extra products such as wipers and rain repel
Requirements
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Good customer service skills
- Sales skills
- Self-motivation
- Eagerness to learn
