The Toddler Teacher will foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children aged 1 to 5 years, integrating faith-based values and providing a well-rounded educational experience.
Responsibilities
- Foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children ages 1 to 5 years
- Integrate teaching skills with the values and principles of the faith-based organization
- Provide a well-rounded educational experience that supports each child’s growth and development
- Instill positive values to help shape children’s character from a young age
- Positively influence the emotional, social, and spiritual development of each child
Requirements
- At least a two year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with completion of the following courses: Human Growth and Development, Lifespan Development, etc.
- Must be comfortable caring for children that are 1 to 5 years of age
Qualifications
- Two year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with completion of courses in Human Growth and Development, Lifespan Development, etc.
- 1 to 3 years of early childcare experience preferred
Nice to Have
- 1 to 3 years of early childcare experience
- Completed Early Childhood Education level 3 or willing to obtain post hire
- Completed Infant Toddler level two certification or willing to obtain post hire
