This role involves managing vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, and ensuring timely resolution of title issues for automotive transactions. The Title Clerk will provide crucial administrative support and maintain accurate records within a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle documentation, including tax and title information and registrations
- Create Bank Packets for over 30 Financial Institutions
- Research vehicle titles and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Understand and follow corresponding state title processing guidelines
- Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work
- Report to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provide a current list of outstanding titles at month end
- Perform Vehicle Stock In Responsibilities
- Bill out all dealer trades and prepare Certificates of Origin
- Perform administrative duties such as mail, filing and answering multi-line phones
Requirements
- Process oriented with attention to detail
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Must have Valid Driver's license
- Must be open to working every other Saturday
- High School diploma or GED
