Testing Coordinator

About This Role

Lead the testing program for a large-scale Oracle Health system implementation at a 500+ bed hospital, ensuring a successful transition to the full Oracle Health suite. This role involves defining strategy, establishing governance, and driving execution across all testing phases.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall testing strategy for the Oracle Health implementation
• Design and manage unit, integrated, workflow, and end-to-end testing
• Establish testing governance, documentation standards, and defect management processes
• Coordinate testing efforts across clinical, revenue cycle, ancillary, and technical teams
• Partner closely with project leadership, vendors, and operational stakeholders
• Lead testing activities through integrated testing, dress rehearsals, and go-live readiness

Requirements

• Prior experience leading EHR testing for Oracle Health implementations
• Proven ability to build and run structured testing programs
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Comfortable operating in complex, multi-facility environments
