Lead the testing program for a large-scale Oracle Health system implementation at a 500+ bed hospital, ensuring a successful transition to the full Oracle Health suite. This role involves defining strategy, establishing governance, and driving execution across all testing phases.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall testing strategy for the Oracle Health implementation
- Design and manage unit, integrated, workflow, and end-to-end testing
- Establish testing governance, documentation standards, and defect management processes
- Coordinate testing efforts across clinical, revenue cycle, ancillary, and technical teams
- Partner closely with project leadership, vendors, and operational stakeholders
- Lead testing activities through integrated testing, dress rehearsals, and go-live readiness
Requirements
- Prior experience leading EHR testing for Oracle Health implementations
- Proven ability to build and run structured testing programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Comfortable operating in complex, multi-facility environments
