Terrain Park Attendant

About This Role

The Terrain Park Attendant is responsible for the construction and maintenance of all Terrain Park features, ensuring safety and an enjoyable experience for guests. This role involves physical labor outdoors, including raking, shoveling, and operating tools, while also educating guests on park etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Rake and shovel snow features multiple times per day
• Inspect and maintain all Terrain Park features
• Educate guests on Terrain Park safety and etiquette
• Build and repair rails, boxes, jibs, etc.
• Install and remove fences, signs, tents, and banners for events
• Perform fence/barrier maintenance, trash, and snow removal
• Install and maintain park closures and signage
• Perform facility cleaning duties at least once per week

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to ski and ride safely while holding tools
• Strong communication skills (mandatory use of communication radio)
• Ability to regularly move up to 25lbs, frequently up to 50lbs, occasionally up to 75lbs
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions for 8+ hours per day
• Ability to ski/ride outside in all weather conditions for 8+ hours per day
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work with power tools (cordless drills, grinders etc.)
• Ability to work with shovels, rakes, and other hand tools
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor, co-workers, and guests.
