As a Field Officer, you will educate customers on TV licence requirements and guide them to suitable solutions in the Enfield area. This role focuses on supporting communities and offers flexible work arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Visit addresses without a TV licence to explain options
- Manage payment plans for customers
- Record details of interactions
- Occasionally attend court proceedings
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Mobile and able to travel
- Full UK driving licence
Qualifications
- Experience in customer facing roles would be preferred but not essential.
