About This Role

Manage telecommunications circuits, requests, and trouble tickets, encompassing circuit and vendor management, contract administration, and coordination of installations, transitions, and terminations. Analyze telecommunications spending and serve as the primary resource for troubleshooting and resolving telecom-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage telecommunications circuits, requests, and trouble tickets
  • Administer circuit and vendor management
  • Administer contracts
  • Coordinate installations, transitions, and terminations
  • Analyze telephone and internet spending through the AP system
  • Review weekly cost center expenditures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve telecom-related issues
  • Create and update training documentation continuously
  • Create, review, and update technical documents for EVoIP environment
  • Create training videos and user documentation for new EVoIP features
  • Work with EVoIP operations staff to analyze ticket trends, identify training needs, and conduct training

Requirements

  • Telecommunications analysis experience with circuit ordering, provisioning, activation, and testing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in different stages simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as with a diverse team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in telecommunications analysis, or MS degree with 3-5 years experience

Nice to Have

  • Avaya experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies
