Support John Deere dealers in the sales and support of SmartGrade and Precision Construction Technology solutions, driving dealer development and collaboration with development teams on new product validation.
Responsibilities
- Support John Deere C&F Dealers in the sales and support of SmartGrade and Precision Construction Technology solutions
- Drive dealer development and engagement for Precision Construction Technologies
- Support on-site precision construction technology training to Dealers and Customers
- Collaborate with development teams on customer validation of new products and continuous improvement updates
Requirements
- Experience with Grade Control or GNSS technology (development, deployment, training, or support) or construction technology
- Experience collaborating with and supporting dealers/distributors
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to influence without authority
- Presentation and/or training experience
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent related work experience in Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, Business, or similar experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with Crawlers, Graders, Excavators, or Compact Track Loaders equipped with SmartGrade™ Integrated GradeControl
- Experience as a Surveyor, GPS Manager, Grade Control Specialist, or Technology Specialist within the Construction industry or with a distributor
- Technology training experience
- Analytic experience/background
- Knowledge of the order fulfillment process
