As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in growing Vibe.co by finding and hiring key technical talent, ensuring effective recruiting strategies and a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, technical skill sets, and hiring priorities for technical roles
- Source high-quality candidates across multiple channels for engineering, product, and data roles
- Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Lead candidates through the hiring process with clarity, warmth, and consistency, reflecting company values
- Advise and influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, offering insights and recommendations
- Track and analyze key metrics (outreach, conversion rates, time to hire, quality of hire) to optimize processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience hiring for Software Engineer, Product Manager, Technical Account Managers, and Go-to-market Engineers
- Experience scaling teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions
- Organized, proactive, and takes ownership of searches with urgency and high bar for quality
- Data-informed approach to work, using metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally hiring for Software Engineer, Product Manager, Technical Account Managers, and Go-to-market Engineers
Nice to Have
- Experience in AdTech
- Genuine curiosity and willingness to quickly get up to speed in AdTech
