Lead complex, cross-functional Point of Sale (POS) programs across store systems and omnichannel touchpoints, driving alignment, execution, and on-time delivery of initiatives for in-store and omnichannel retail experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own large, multi-stream POS programs including store POS applications, peripherals, store networking, and integrations with enterprise systems
- Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Product, Store Operations, Architecture, Security, and external vendors
- Drive program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics for POS initiatives
- Support roadmap, release, and backlog planning for POS platforms and store rollouts
- Manage store rollout readiness, pilot execution, cutover planning, and post-deployment validation
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and store operational requirements
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies impacting store launches and upgrades
- Provide clear executive-level status reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation plans
Requirements
- 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience
- Proven delivery of large-scale POS or store technology programs
- Strong understanding of POS architectures, store systems, and omnichannel retail flows
- Experience managing software deployments and phased store rollouts
- Deep knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
