Reviews customer requirements to create internal documents (prints/travelers) that ensure product manufacturing meets specifications. This role provides technical support to the production floor and quality personnel.
Responsibilities
- Follow customer purchase order requirements for input into Malone's system
- Produce drawings/prints & travelers per internal work instructions/procedures for quality system
- Validate & ensure that product on hand meets customer requirements for current orders
- Validate and ensure that the correct revision level is in use for the current order for specs and standards
- Maintain/update work instructions for the quality system as appropriate
- Maintain/update job folders and quote folders as appropriate
- Provide technical support to the floor & quality personnel
Requirements
- Ability to locate, read and understand blueprints, aircraft drawings (legacy aircraft) and various OEM and military specifications
- Blueprint reading skills
- Excellent communication skills (orally & written)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Capability to work within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills to include keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheet
- High School Diploma or GED
