Coordinate the successful delivery, commissioning, and ongoing support of rack-level protection solutions for regional data center environments. Ensure high-quality deployment and integration of access control and CCTV solutions according to established physical security standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate deployment programs and support rollout activities
- Develop and manage system configurations, ensuring correct licensing and functionality
- Commission and support backend security applications (e.g., access control, CCTV)
- Coordinate site attendance for commissioning and support activities, including remote commissioning
- Manage spares stock and oversee remote troubleshooting activities
- Train internal and external engineering teams on commissioning and break-fix processes
- Document processes and procedures to support program operations
- Provide statistical data and reporting to management
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and communication
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage complex programs
- Strong background in the design, deployment, and commissioning of access control and CCTV systems
- Experience with system configuration, commissioning, and support of physical security systems
- Strong organizational skills and clear communication abilities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a data center-centric or similar security systems role
Nice to Have
- Experience with high-volume deployments in data center environments
- Familiarity with rack-locking solutions
- Experience with enterprise-level access control and CCTV systems
- Knowledge of rack-locking solutions
- Professional security certifications (e.g., ASIS, CPP)
