This role is for a Technical Customer Success Manager on the founding team, providing essential data to understand how AI is impacting velocity and output in software engineering. This position will support founders as the company scales its enterprise and cloud customer base, combining customer-facing responsibilities with software engineering tasks.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding sessions for new clients
- Train Engineering Managers on data interpretation
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process
- Build and maintain automations to streamline the onboarding process
- Deploy the platform on-premise for enterprise customers
- Handle technical bugs or issues
Requirements
- Previous experience in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments
- Technical proficiency and ability to pass a rigorous technical assessment
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience, technical enough to understand a complex ML-driven product
