About This Role

Join CSG Government Solutions as a Technical Consultant to deliver services to state government agencies nationwide, focusing on modernizing information technology and business processes for large government programs.

Responsibilities

• Address technical aspects of projects, including gathering and assessing technical requirements and some aspects of business areas
• Analyze and make recommendations on improving technology infrastructure
• Assess test plans and test execution
• Assess data conversion plans and data conversion execution
• Provide technology strategy and planning for hardware, software, and large-scale system implementation projects
• Analyze and document existing systems and databases
• Work as a member of a project team functioning as a technical analyst for large-scale technology projects utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies
• Facilitate the elicitation and documentation of technical requirements and joint application design sessions
• Communicate project issues and risks to the project management team

Requirements

• Expertise with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with working as a Consultant on state government projects
