KinderCare is seeking passionate teachers to implement their curriculum, create a safe learning environment, and partner with parents for the best care and education of children.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support the center’s success by partnering with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children
• Ability to see and hear well enough to keep children safe
• Ability to engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English

Qualifications

• Ability to meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
