Implement KinderCare's curriculum, create a safe and nurturing environment for children, and partner with parents to provide the best care and education. Support the center's success and cultivate positive relationships with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents to provide care and education for their children
• Support center success by partnering with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications for the role
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Able to work indoors or outdoors
• Able to assume low postures for physical and visual contact with children
• Able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe
• Able to engage in physical activity with children
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents
