About This Role

The Talent & Employee Experience Manager is responsible for creating a seamless, positive, and high-impact employee journey across the full lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding through engagement, development, and retention. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this role plays a critical part in maintaining company culture and strengthening Healogix’s people processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a True Partner to hiring managers and leadership by understanding business needs and offering proactive talent insights
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and levels
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
  • Coordinate interviewer schedules, facilitate communication, and ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Lead a high-quality, detail-oriented onboarding experience
  • Manage a structured 30/60/90-day program for new team members
  • Partner with leadership to build and strengthen employee-experience programs, communication, and engagement practices
  • Maintain recruiting and employee-experience metrics, providing insights to leaders
  • Implement standardized hiring and people-ops workflows
  • Participate as a member of the Healogix Culture Committee

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, people operations, or employee‑experience roles
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with leaders and influence outcomes
  • Proven success managing recruiting activity in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with ATS platforms
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, people operations, or employee‑experience roles.
