This role is responsible for designing and implementing leadership and employee development programs, ensuring meaningful experiences that help employees grow their careers. The position partners with business leaders, HRBPs, and talent teams to identify and deliver solutions that build leadership capabilities and behaviors for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the implementation of employee development guidelines, programs and policies (job rotation, mentoring, coaching, assessments and others) ensuring governance and metric.
- Support, design, and help execute the implementation of leadership development frameworks for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and data driven analysis.
- Support ELT talent discussions and materials, with solid attention to details, organization and storytelling.
- Consult and partner with HRBPs, and key business stakeholders in delivering development products.
- Demonstrate innovative leadership and subject matter expertise in a consulting role, providing guidance as needed on readiness and development topics.
- Partner with Strategic workforce planning, TA, Talent Programs and Culture and Learning teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- Digital mindset
- Able of analytics driven by data
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field
- A minimum of five years of related experience
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with modern HRIS systems, e.g. Workday, SAP and other applicable technology, e.g. PowerBI.
