• Lead and refine end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract top-quality candidates across executive and specialist roles
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position Expertia AI as a premier employer in the market
• Collaborate with leadership and HR partners to align recruitment strategies with organizational workforce planning and business goals
• Utilize and implement advanced HR technology and recruitment analytics tools to streamline hiring processes and measure key performance indicators
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure efficient, transparent, and proactive talent acquisition support
• Oversee executive search processes to identify, engage, and secure high-caliber leadership talent for business-critical roles
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle and support policies that foster an inclusive workplace
• Drive continuous improvement within the talent acquisition function through process optimization, technological innovation, and adoption of best practices

Requirements

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition with a proven record of designing and executing large-scale recruitment strategies
