As BusRight's first in-house Talent Acquisition Lead, you will establish the systems, processes, and employer brand to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across all teams. This role involves building a scalable, human, and unique recruiting engine for a fast-growing tech company.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruiting journey across every department, from initial outreach to final offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Partner with department heads to define excellence for each new role and create structured hiring processes
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to proactively meet hiring needs and nurture relationships
- Develop recruiting infrastructure including tools, metrics, and rituals for transparent and efficient hiring
- Design a personalized, purposeful, and brand-aligned candidate experience
- Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to enhance BusRight's employer brand through storytelling and creative outreach
Requirements
- 5-7 years of talent acquisition experience in venture-backed, high-growth technology companies
- Experience hiring across diverse departments (GTM, Product, Engineering)
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and propose novel solutions
- Experience building or rebuilding recruiting playbooks, interview scorecards, and candidate experiences
- Strong communication, systematic thinking, and judgment skills
- Creative and entrepreneurial approach to recruiting
- Tech-savvy with a focus on personal development
