This role focuses on finding and placing top leadership talent within the executive search landscape, designing and executing strategic searches for senior-level positions, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic searches to identify and attract executive and senior-level talent
- Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations to assess potential, qualifications, and cultural fit
- Lead complex salary negotiations and manage offer processes with professional expertise
- Create and nurture strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders
- Develop and expand professional networks to source top-tier talent across various industries
- Research and leverage industry trends to optimize recruitment strategies and market positioning
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience
- Advanced English proficiency
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for the US market
- Proven track record of success in virtual work environments and distributed team collaboration
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellence in candidate evaluation, interview techniques, and comprehensive talent assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across various levels and industries.
