Systems Analyst I

About This Role

This entry-level Systems Analyst I role involves providing production support and new development for internal applications, collaborating with internal customers to address system needs, create new functionality, and support third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop scripts and applications using C#, .NET, and/or perform SQL-related tasks including writing stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, and complex queries
• Monitor IT-supported applications and processes daily, addressing any issues that arise
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers to gather requirements and propose solutions based on existing infrastructure
• Identify and report challenges, working closely with the team to develop resolutions
• Participate in collaborative efforts to optimize existing processes and support enterprise-wide projects

Requirements

• 2 years of experience developing software applications using MVC Frameworks, .NET, and C#
• Understanding of SQL and experience with stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, and complex queries
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and the Scrum framework
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in software development and support

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of KendoUI, Bootstrap, KnockoutJS, Razor, Dapper, and nUnit
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON
