The ERP Systems Analyst will configure, customize, and support Rootstock ERP on the Salesforce platform, focusing on enhancing manufacturing, inventory, finance, and operations teams. This role involves system configuration, reporting, and light customization to ensure efficient and accurate data flow within manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support Rootstock ERP modules like Inventory Management, Bills of Materials, Routings, Work Orders & MRP, Purchasing & Receiving, Costing, and Accounting.
- Translate business and operational requirements into Rootstock configuration.
- Administer Salesforce org supporting Rootstock ERP, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards related to Inventory levels, Work-in-Process (WIP), Production performance, Purchasing and supplier metrics, and Capacity Planning.
- Support integrations between Rootstock, Salesforce, and external systems.
- Assist with data imports, exports, and reconciliation.
- Troubleshoot transactional and configuration-related issues.
Requirements
- Salesforce administration experience
- Experience supporting a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings, Work orders, Inventory transactions
- Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Experience with Salesforce Flows
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work directly with operations, finance, and leadership teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with Rootstock ERP
- Experience using Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools
- Understanding of MRP logic and manufacturing costing
- ERP implementation or post-go-live support experience
- Apex or Lightning Web Components experience
- SQL or advanced data analysis skills
- Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with compliance-driven environments (e.g., audit controls, access controls)
- Rootstock reporting and advanced data model knowledge
