This Infrastructure & System Engineer will design, maintain, and optimize IT systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and efficiency across on-premise and cloud environments. The role supports end-users and IT projects within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, storage, and virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Administer cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, Active Directory, and system issues
- Automate IT processes and workflows using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools
- Support IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and security initiatives
- Ensure data backups, disaster recovery, and patch management are maintained
- Provide technical guidance and support to IT team members and end-users
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Windows Server
- Proficiency in scripting/automation for system administration
- Knowledge of network protocols, storage systems, and cloud/on-prem integration
- Hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
