About This Role

This role involves ensuring smooth operations and excellent service at the Surfdeck Grille as a Sandpiper Attendant, working within a fast-paced team environment at the historic Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. Responsibilities include adhering to strict sanitation and health regulations, executing food order deliveries, and maintaining an organized workstation.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and split shifts
• Arrive to work on time in proper, clean uniform
• Attend all required training, safety courses, and departmental meetings
• Report safety hazards and assist in maintaining a safe work environment
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work environment
• Follow all directions and processes in place
• Communicate efficiently with internal and external customers
• Properly rotate all mise en place
• Clean and maintain equipment properly
• Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements
• Execute all food order deliveries
• Stock the line with plates, bowls, and other necessary utensils
• Organize and set up workstation fast and efficiently
• Rotate, label, and date all food on stations
• Check all Jonas paper in all machines before service
• Provide Chef with a list of products and jobs needed for the next shift at the end of each shift
• Check out with Dining Room Manager before leaving
• Perform any other jobs assigned by Dining Room Manager or Chef to assist in quality member and guest service
