Responsibilities
- Ensure the continuity of services provided to customers and secure customer retention
- Deliver product and ensure each account is adequately stocked
- Work together with upper management to provide effective communication
- Train new hires as needed
- Primarily fill in for call-offs / scheduled time-off / resolving work orders
