About This Role

Lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and operational objectives. This role involves close collaboration with operations, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain projects and initiatives
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across supply chain, operations, and finance
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
  • Track project performance, KPIs, and deliverables
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain or operations project management
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes (planning, logistics, procurement)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain or operations project management

Nice to Have

  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industries
